Personal Trainer

We are looking for Certified Personal Trainers to join our fantastic team of Exercise Professionals at our Whangarei club. A successful applicant will be highly driven and self-motivated, have exceptional communication and customer service skills, be well organized, enthusiastic and excited to run their own business. You will be provided with a full induction with our PT Manager. Your training will include:

• A business planning/marketing induction
• Access to training templates/systems
• Digital media support
• Sales and retention strategies
• Ongoing business workshops 
   

About the role

• Provide guidance, support and motivation as clients train to achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Complete one-to-one consultations, assessments and create tailored training plans and programs.
• Deliver training sessions catering to client goals, needs and capabilities in a safe and effective manner.
• Provide quality exercise instruction, monitoring and adjustments for a wide range of clients in a safe and effective manner.
• Be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your Personal Training business.

Minimum job requirements

• Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Personal Training
• Advanced First Aid Certificate Level 2
• Experience in the Health and Fitness Industry preferred but not essential
• REPs Registration
• Small Group Training Experience preferred but not essential
