About the Role:

Due to rapid growth, the Rotorua clinic is seeking an senior Physiotherapist to take on a in-clinic and vocational rehabilitation based caseload.

This opportunity involves key contracts under pain management, TI, concussion and other clinic based services. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Deliver personalised rehabilitation solutions, assess treatment plans, and communicate recommendations to funding agencies.
• Maintain understanding of clients' goals throughout rehabilitation journey, ensuring clinical input as needed.
• Collaborate with therapy staff and administration team for accurate reporting and timely communication.
• Utilise diary management software for accurate workload representation, appointment changes, and effective scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, clients, and providers to maintain customer care principles and promote integrated solutions.

 
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys autonomy within a team
• Current practicing certificate in New Zealand and relevant qualifications
