A temporary assignment to start now until the end of August. The role is two parts - initially working in a Planning Coordinator role to schedule and assign jobs to auditors around New Zealand - a good geographic knowledge of New Zealand would be helpful and then move a month later into a Programme Coordinator role - onboarding new customers - both working with data, pulling reports and using Excel.
This is a role which requires an eye for detail, a keeness for pulling reports on a monthly basis, the ability to apply analytical skills for best outcome and a confidence using Excel.
A temporary role in two parts - initially starting in a Planning Coordinator role and then moving into a Programme Coordinator role - both will complement each other - where initially you will assign auditors to different jobs around the country - so good analytical and coordination skills are required and the second part of the assignment - puting on your 'customer focus' hat - onboarding customers, managing emails and providing good administration skills to manage the busy workland. An aptitude working with data and good time management to determine what is priority; will come naturally to you.
