We now have an opportunity for a Platform Engineer to join the team.  

What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga 

You’ll play a vital part in supporting and enhancing our SaaS & PaaS environments. You’ll ensure our platforms are secure, cost-effective, and resilient—helping us deliver outstanding services to our Members. This is a hybrid role, working with our Platform team to drive innovation and continuous improvement across our technology landscape. You’ll be responsible for supporting our technology services, ensuring security and compliance, monitoring performance, and developing plans for disaster recovery and business continuity. You’ll also proactively explore new technologies, promote safe work practices, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. 

About You | Mōu 

\You bring proven experience supporting enterprise platforms, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. You have knowledge of disaster recovery procedures and testing, relevant IT work experience and tertiary qualification, and strong communication and customer service skills. You’re known for your positive, can-do attitude, your passion for optimising technology solutions, and your ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement. Platform certification is a bonus, but not essential.
