PLUMBER - Rapid Progression

• Rate of $50 to $55 / hour

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week but we are a flexible employer with employee and subcontractor options available, if you want to work 3 days per week or require school drop up or pick up is fine by us!

• We have an offshore team of 50 staff and a massive range of support and technical knowledge.
• We are currently putting in a huge investment into our service department. Regular social events, upskilling, personal development with the opportunity to move into Area Manager roles.

Duties

• Perform plumbing service requests from fit-outs, installation, testing, replacement and repair of plumbing and heating systems
• Perform renovations, leak detection, drain cleaning and unblocking
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
• Proactively review existing installations, identify plumbing problem areas on-site that needs replacement or repair, and provide suggestions to client
• Promote Water Works Services to customers
• Train and guide apprentices
• Adhere to safety and performance standards

Skills and Experience

• Plumber with 3+ years of experience
• Current PGDB License 
• NZ residency or valid work visa
• Current and unrestricted Driver’s License
• Proficient with standard industry tools and techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills & problem-solving ability
• Has strong Health and Safety knowledge and understanding
