Points Person - Constellation Drive

Our Post Collections team is looking for a customer focussed candidate to join our resource recovery centre on Constellation Drive, North Shore as Points Person/Traffic Controller. This is a full-time & customer facing role, with 40+ hours and includes rostered weekends.

What you'll be doing
* Communicating clearly with all customers and directing all traffic on-site to ease traffic flow
* Being mindful of hazards, and ensuring all employees & visitors are safe
* Assisting customers on where to off load safely
* General site maintenance which includes tidying up site & common areas
* Growing your own career within a thriving organisation
* Above all, our aim is to create a safe site for all visitors & customers, and continuing to provide great customer service

You will have:
* 2+ years face-to-face customer service experience and enjoy engaging with customers
* Previous traffic control experience in Construction or Road industry is preferred, but for the right candidate we provide full on the job training
* A can-do attitude and enjoy working outside
* Positive attitude towards Health & Safety, and work as part of a wider team to ensure everyone goes home safe!
* NZ residence or Open work visa

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (including drugs test) and complete a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal records check.
