Humphreys Landscaping is an award-winning leader in premium residential landscaping and outdoor environments. Our Pools Division designs, builds, renovates, services, and maintains some of Auckland's finest residential swimming pools, delivering exceptional quality, technical expertise, and outstanding client service.

We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Delivery and Sales Lead to become the operational heart of our Pool Service team. This is more than a service coordination role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of the operational and commercial performance of the division, helping shape how we deliver exceptional service while driving growth, efficiency, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

Reporting to the Divisional Head – Pools, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Pool Division and the Pool Service team.

You will lead the end-to-end service delivery process, from responding to client enquiries and preparing technical quotations through to coordinating technician schedules, managing workflow, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Success in this role comes from balancing commercial thinking with exceptional client service. You will identify opportunities to grow recurring revenue, optimise technician utilisation, improve systems and processes, and ensure every client receives an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to completed work.

Working closely with the Pool Service, Pool Valet, and wider Humphreys teams, you will help drive operational excellence while contributing to the continued growth and success of the division.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the operational delivery and commercial performance of the Pool Service Division


• Drive profitable growth through technical expertise, quality solutions, and sales opportunities


• Coordinate resources, and workflow to maximise productivity and client satisfaction


• Build trusted client relationships and provide expert technical advice and solutions


• Improve operational performance through continuous improvement of systems and processes


• Contribute as a key member of the Pools Division leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the business

What You Will Bring

• Experience in swimming pool servicing or a similar technical service environment


• Experience preparing technical quotations and coordinating service delivery


• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable work


• Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships


• Confidence coordinating people, resources, and competing priorities


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail


• A genuine commitment to quality and exceptional client service
