Job scope.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster as a Portfolio Analytics Manager, a pivotal role at the intersection of strategic insight and team leadership. You’ll play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of our portfolio through data-driven analysis, while also mentoring a high-performing team of analysts.
As Portfolio Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team that delivers analytical support across Oyster’s diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. Your work will directly influence investment decisions, portfolio performance, and strategic planning.

Eligibility criteria.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing robust financial plans aligned with strategic objectives and managing performance delivery. You’ll bring deep expertise in commercial property investment, with a strong grasp of market dynamics, risk management, and both micro and macro perspectives. A relevant tertiary qualification in property or commerce is essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and experience using valuation or feasibility tools such as Forbury. Knowledge on leveraging data platforms would also be beneficial. Strong numerical skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office are also required.
