About you
You’ll be tertiary qualified in HR/Business, Computer Science or Engineering or you’ll hold a technical certification across any of our HR products.
This will be coupled with experience scoping large pieces of work with multiple system dependencies, and business process mapping and process re-engineering. It is expected this will include at least 5 years operational support of software: COTS, SaaS, new development and enhancements. Knowledge of a LMS or a system where you can manage competencies is a must, as is knowledge in HR functional areas (i.e. compliance, learning, performance and/or talent). Cornerstone experience is highly advantageous, as is Learning & Development knowledge (knowing the ins and outs of learning).
You will be joining a driven and engaging team. If you are inquisitive, self-motivated and thrive on challenge and opportunity, then this is the role for you. In return, you will enjoy the on-going benefits and career opportunities of working for one of NZ’s largest employers. We are focused on improving the world around us through smart thinking, simply delivered.
