Our DECJUBA Assistant Store Managers work a Sunday to Thursday roster, supporting our Store Manager and stepping up on their days off.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DREAMTEAM ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

• Work closely with your Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and hire new team members, and provide your team with regular product training
• Deliver an AMAZING experience to all our customers – keep the store clean and tidy, and make sure you and the team are following all steps of service
• Motivate and inspire your team by creating a positive and productive store environment
• Assist your Store Manager in managing labour costs and achieving KPIs set by your Regional Manager and Head Office
• Make sure all process are being properly followed when it comes to stock take, loss prevention and inventory control, and identify areas for improvement

• You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
