With our current Practice Leader – Program Management (PgM), New Zealand moving internally to an exciting new project, we are searching for our next influential leader.

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and inspiring leader to play a pivotal role in delivering our PgM offering to clients across horizontal and vertical sectors. This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven director-level project management professional eager to make a lasting impact.

As a key member of our Buildings + Places leadership team, you will lead and shape our PgM practice, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results across a diverse range of projects.

• Provide inspirational coaching and mentoring to a well-established, diverse national team of Program Management professionals.

• Foster and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Enhance AECOM's profile and reputation within the sector.

• Be an active and visible champion of our multi-disciplinary services, driving innovation and collaboration.
