Practice Manager

• Overseeing the smooth day to day running of the clinic
• Managing administration including rostering, stock control and facilities
• Leading team meetings and driving communication
• Supporting performance, development and mentoring of the nursing team
• Coordinating training programs along with health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
• Working with management to achieve financial and operational goals
• Staying hands on with clinical nursing in a fully equipped clinic offering medical and surgical services, radiology including dental, and ultrasound
• Supporting reception and wider clinic duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail and sound clinical knowledge
• Confidence working independently while collaborating with a wider team
• A genuine passion for team culture, development and patient care
• Small Animal Vet Nursing experience
