Practice Manager

We are looking for an amazing Practice Manager!

Clinico Denture & Hearing is in an exciting growth phase. Due to an ever-increasing patient database and expanding clinics, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who is a self-starter with great people skills, great organisational skills, an eye for efficiency, and a drive and passion for improving patient and team outcomes.  This role is vital to the growth and development of our practice.

About Clinico

We are a modern, well-established denture business with 5 clinics across the Waikato and a laboratory in Hamilton.  This role would be based at our offices in Hamilton.

Our team currently consists of three Clinical Dental Technicians, two Dental Technicians plus an Admin support team.  

Position overview

As practice manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the clinics and ensuring the well-being of our patients and staff.

• Oversight of daily practice operations.
• Coordinating clinical, technical, administrative and reception duties to optimize patient scheduling and processing.
• Health and Safety - ensuring safety of patient, staff and visitors.
• Liaising between practice and insurance providers and WINZ.
• Working closely with the Directors towards achieving practice goals and growth - including reporting, troubleshooting, recruitment, service delivery improvement and more!
