Practice Manager - Start Immediately

Reporting to the Director, your key duties will include:

• Operational Management - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Supplier Management - Serve as primary point of contact and identify / negotiate opportunities for improved costs and services. 
• Project Support - In conjunction with the wider team, assist with adherence to project scope, schedule and budget. Assist with resource allocation. 
• Team Leadership - Provide leadership and mentorship to the administrative team. 
• Quality Assurance - Implement best practices and conduct regular audits to maintain high quality standards.
• Financial Management and Accounting - Handle all AP / AR, manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Financial regulations and reporting requirements.  

Occasional travel between offices could be required and we are looking for someone who can truly help steer the ship and take ownership of their workload. 

Further to this, you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into it. Strong communications skills along with technical capability and the ability to take initiative is key in this role!
