He is based in Brisbane and is a Practice Lead for our AI,Apps \u0026 Data practice.\n\nAs a Principal Consultant \u2013 AI Apps \u0026 Data, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leading the design and delivery of modern data, analytics and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. We will count on you to act as the technical lead on key engagements, shape solution architectures, and mentor other consultants as you help grow our practice across the region. \n\nAlong the way, you will get to:\n\n * Lead end-to-end client engagements as the technical authority, overseeing Delivery/Technical Consultants on larger projects\n * Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers to define solution roadmaps, architectures, and project milestones\n * Drive presales activities including client workshops, proposals, and the production of high-quality technical artefacts and presentations\n * Own the proposed solution throughout delivery, staying closely engaged with clients to ensure outcomes meet expectations\n * Develop and share Intellectual Property (IP), contributing to capability uplift locally and across Asia Pacific\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Significant experience in technical roles within a services/consulting environment, with a track record of leading solution design and delivery\n * Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present confidently to both technical and business audiences\n * Strong experience designing, building and implementing Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, including the Azure Data Platform (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric) and Power BI\n * Experience with Azure OpenAI (GPT models, prompt engineering, integration and deployment), strong Python skills, and ideally experience building multi-agent systems and working with dbt\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect\n\n \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
