Rārangi Utu ā-Mātauranga - Education Payroll Limited (EPL) is a core part of Aotearoa New Zealand’s education sector, delivering an accurate, timely and secure payroll for the people at the heart of our education system - teachers and support staff.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Make your mark in this is a newly created, pivotal role! EPL is preparing for a technology transformation, centred around upgrading or replacing our core payroll system and moving to the cloud.
The Principal Enterprise Architect will guide suppliers providing ‘Architecture-as-a-Service’ and collaborate with cross functional teams to create architecture that aligns with EPLs strategic goals.

You will be getting in on the ground floor, helping us lay solid foundations for transformation. You will be able to shape EPL’s technology direction and guide the solutions that we choose, to deliver enhanced payroll services to the education workforce.
