We now have an opportunity for a Process Enablement Analyst to join us on a 9 month Fixed Term basis, and play a key part in supporting effective technology management practices across our Technology team.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining workflows and tracking tools, primarily in Jira and Confluence, to support clear and consistent ways of working. You’ll develop and update documentation and templates so that processes are easy to follow, and you’ll lead the migration of data into new systems, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition. Analysing workflow data to spot improvements and helping teams work smarter will be a key part of your day, as will supporting the development of simple, scalable frameworks that bring transparency and consistency. You’ll work closely with teams to keep documentation and tools up to date and fit for purpose, and you’ll provide training and hands-on support to help teams adopt new processes and tools with confidence.
About You | Mōu
You’ll bring experience configuring Jira and Confluence, including workflow and content design, along with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. If you’ve had exposure to technology or want to gain exposure, this would be an advantage. Your ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement will set you apart, as will your experience with process design, optimisation, and change enablement. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you’ll need to make the complex simple for others. You’ll also have a relevant tertiary qualification in business improvement, business management, information systems, or similar, and Jira and/or Confluence certifications (Atlassian University) are a plus.
