Our customer seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to join their IT group.
You will join a business who is transitioning from an on-prem environment to a Cloud environment so a great time to join them and help them automate processes.
We seek someone who brings expertise in improving business processes in a Cloud environment where real benefits can be seen
A chance to get involved in:
- Analysing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, including leveraging cloud and related technology such as AI.
- Identify process changes and process improvements by moving to Cloud based systems
- Identify automation opportunities for processes.
- Work with Business Analysts and other key stakeholders to define automation requirements for complex tasks and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
Any experience working with MS Dynamics or Business Central or Sharepoint would be highly beneficial but not essential.
