Are you a detail-oriented and organised person seeking a pivotal role? Join Safety 'n Action as a Processing Administrator! In this key role, you will ensure the accurate processing of paperwork and communication of course results to our clients and students, helping us maintain our high standards and awesome customer service.

This role reports to the Processing Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams, including Trainers, Sales, Product Development and Customer Experience with queries relating to course results.

Safety 'n Action and Axiom Training together are undisputedly NZ's largest workplace safety training provider. With over 200 courses across 19 locations, we train over 80,000 Kiwis annually, setting the benchmark for excellence in safety, transport licensing, and rural training. Operating for over 28 years as a NZQA Category 1 training provider, we stand at the forefront of shaping the nation's future workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare sign-on sheets and assessment packs.
  • Process and upload assessments to the CRM system as required.
  • Prepare and distribute competency reports, certificates, and Go Safe Cards.
  • Complete invoicing regularly.
  • Prepare competency emails prior to processing.
  • Access the NZQA system to determine candidate qualifications; load additional units post-course.
  • Proactively identify and contribute to operational improvements to achieve the organisation's strategic goals and profitability.
  • Monitor processing and maintenance costs and timescales.
  • Oversee and monitor processing schedules, adjusting to remedy issues as necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all course results, certificates, and Go Safe Card inquiries.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Process and record receipt of post-course material.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of all CRM records.
  • Process unit standards/company report changes as requested by the Sales team.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Processing Team Leader or Senior Leadership Team.
