The Role

We’re seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team as part of our commercial function, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and key stakeholders across the group. This role suits an analytically strong professional with procurement and/or supply chain experience who enjoys using data to support smarter cost and supplier decisions.

Responsibilities

You will support procurement and commercial decision making by delivering clear insight into supplier performance, cost drivers, and opportunities to improve margins and supply reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate, timely procurement and commercial reporting to support decision making


• Analyse spend, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost‑saving and value opportunities


• Maintain governance over procurement contracts and master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance


• Support supplier evaluation and performance reviews through pricing, margin, service‑level, contractual, and total cost analysis


• Identify financial, supply, and contractual risks and support mitigation actions


• Drive continuous improvement across procurement analytics, data quality, and reporting standards

About You

You’re a commercially sharp, analytically strong self-starter who enjoys working with data and turning insight into action in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Detail focused and outcomes driven, you’re comfortable influencing decisions and managing competing priorities.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related


• 2+ years’ experience in a procurement, commercial, finance, or supply chain analytical role (FMCG or Manufacturing preferred)


• Strong capability in cost and pricing analysis, supplier performance reporting, and commercial insights


• Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas; Power Pivot desirable)


• ERP or procurement systems knowledge (MS Dynamics 365 experience highly desirable)


• Data and reporting experience (Power BI, SQL, dashboards, data modelling advantageous)


• Sound commercial judgement with high attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style


• A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work comfortably at pace in a dynamic environment
