About the position

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic procurement coordinator, to carry out procurement activities including improvement to quality, sustainability, risk reduction, better systems, go to market activities and materials planning. About the role:

1. Support raw material and packaging procurement.
2. Examine, select, and purchase materials at the most favorable price. consistent with quality, quantity, specification and other requirements.
3. Ensure materials and products are received on time and intact, and in the quality and at the cost agreed upon with the client.
4. Resolve complaints and claims against suppliers.
5. Provide operational and administrative support activities.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification desirable
• Practical experience in supply-chain operations or procurement.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical operation
• Experience in food processing environments is an advantage
• Good English and Mandarin skills and excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and team player
• Have a high level of data entry and computer skills
• Education in food science preferred
• Proven ability to work under pressure and regularly meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment
