About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Product & Data Specialist to join our team. This is a key role suited for someone who understands residential construction, is highly skilled in managing data, and can connect the dots between product selection, supplier integration, and streamlined system processes.

You’ll help ensure that our product information and internal systems are well-coordinated and up-to-date—enabling our national franchise network to operate more efficiently. Your insights and actions will help improve product management, enhance workflow performance, and maintain data accuracy across our core platforms. You are likely to have a quantity surveying background, yet we do not require formal qualifications in this area.  

Product & Supplier Management

• Act as a central point of contact between franchises, suppliers, and internal teams.


• Maintain a centralised database of approved products, including specifications and pricing.


• Provide product insights and recommendations to support procurement and franchise operations.

Data Management

• Integrate supplier product data into internal systems with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.


• Maintain and update pricing structures and product information.


• Use reporting tools to monitor product usage, trends, and performance.


• Collaborate with procurement and finance to support data-driven decision-making.

Construction & Product Expertise

• With supplier assistance offer best-practice product advice and support to franchises.


• Assist suppliers in delivering product training and technical support to internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of residential construction and commonly used building products. Ideally in both NZ and Australia.


• Experience working with construction plans and technical drawings – maybe a quantity surveying or technical drawing qualification or background.


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.


• Familiarity with construction technology platforms and digital systems.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
