Product Development/Technical Sales Support

About us

Our Client is a Market leader in the Food industry - Manufacturing and Distribution. Currently they are seeking an eager, professional individual to work alongside their Industrial Sales team to help develop new products and provide technical support to the sales team and customers.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's in Food Science or equivalent and at least two years experience with New Product Development in the Food space
• Must have outstanding communication skills and thrive working in a close knit team
• Be that person that can bring your ideas to the table, be innovative, driven and a problem solver!

Tasks & responsibilities

• To assist the Sales team with New Product Development and New Business - communicating internally and externally
• Work in conjunction with Development Department to develop and introduce new products
• Provide Technical back up for Sales Team and Customers, fielding calls, emails etc
• Visiting face to face, onsite with major Manufacturers, working alongside the Plants to help formulate new products to increase sales
