As a Product Engineer, you are the primary delivery engine of our "Pods." You aren’t just a coder; you are an orchestrator of outcomes. You will use advanced AI orchestration to design, build, test, and ship solutions at a pace that traditional engineering cannot match. In our ecosystem, Velocity without Verification is a failure—we require both.

 
What You Will Do
This is a "High-Velocity" execution role where you will direct AI to produce high-quality outputs and verify them with surgical precision.

• AI-First Development:
  Utilize Cursor, Claude, and Gemini as your primary mechanisms for feature development.
  
  


• End-to-End Execution:
  Own the full stack from initial design to final deployment, translating loosely defined briefs into working software.
  
  


• Rigorous Verification:
  Write and critically verify AI-generated test suites, ensuring they challenge the logic rather than just passing the "happy path."
  
  


• Defensive Review:
  Actively hunt for hallucinations, logic gaps, and edge-case failures in AI-generated output.
  
  


• Prompt Engineering:
  Maintain a "prompt log" to document how you steer AI, where it fails, and how you iterate for success.
  
  


• Continuous Evolution:
  Stay on the "frontier" of AI tools and bring new techniques to your pod rituals.

• Proven AI Track Record:
  Recent experience using AI tools to ship production software (not just side projects).
  
  


• Prompt Mastery:
  Ability to write precise prompts and iterate rapidly when outputs miss the mark.
  
  


• Technical Foundation:
  Solid engineering "DNA" to recognize when code is structurally sound or a "house of cards."
  
  


• Healthy Scepticism:
  You treat AI as a capable but fallible collaborator, never as an absolute source of truth.
  
  


• Pattern Recognition:
  You can spot common AI failure modes, such as shallow error handling or overconfident logic.
  
  


• Ambiguity Tolerance:
  Comfort iterating toward a solution from a rough brief without waiting for perfect specifications.
