Our Everyday Banking Product Domain unit is seeking a Product Manager. You will be responsible for working alongside multiple teams, supporting the successful execution of product lifecycles and roadmap deliveries to meet customer needs and commercial outcomes. You will be partnering with subject matter experts across a wider range of product portfolio’s, - ensuring timely implementation of all agreed initiatives and outcomes.

This role can be based in Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
This role will support product leaders across the full everyday banking domain unit. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead & partner on a variety of activities including product design, process simplification, risk governance and executing change. The work will be flexible and varied, supporting project deliveries across cards, transactional, savings & lending products.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
The variety. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive forward change across a wide range of products & services that customers engage with every day. The role will be a good fit for someone who enjoys constant change, prioritisation, problem solving & wants to delivery meaningful value.

Attributes that will be useful for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with good stakeholder management. A familiarity with the product suite or experience working with financial products would be beneficial and an attitude for readiness and ambition
