Are you a strategic, customer‑focused Product Manager who’s keen to help shape the future of Cyclone’s digital ecosystem? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our customer‑facing and procurement platforms.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our platforms deliver smooth, reliable, and high‑quality experiences for customers, partners, and our internal teams.
Reporting to the General Manager Services, this is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and real impact, supporting Cyclone’s ongoing digital growth and commercial goals.
You will
- Act as the connective tissue between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and user outcomes across Cyclone’s digital ecosystem
- Maintain platform strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities across Cyclone’s digital platforms to support commercial and growth objectives
- Ensure Cyclone’s digital platforms deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences while integrating effectively with core business systems
- Ensure digital platforms meet data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage platform‑related risks and incident responses
- Define and track KPIs for platform performance, adoption, and business impact, providing regular reporting on platform health, usage trends, and ROI
Collaborate on platform feature launches and enablement, ensuring documentation, training materials, and change management support strong platform adoption
You will bring:
- Product & Platform Management Expertise
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or similar role, owning digital platforms in a commercial environment with responsibility for product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritisation, and the ability to balance customer experience, technical constraints, and commercial outcomes
- Systems Thinking & Technical Acumen
Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex workflows, understand dependencies, and see how platforms interconnect, alongside a solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and how platforms connect to ERP, CRM, and other backend systems
- Digital Platform Experience
Experience working with eCommerce platforms, customer portals, or partner‑facing digital tools, and confidence collaborating closely with solution architects, developers, and external partners to deliver effective platform and integration outcomes
- User Experience & Design Capability
UI/UX capability with comfort creating wireframes and translating user needs and business requirements into clear design and functional specifications
- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working cross‑functionally across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams, and confidence engaging directly with customers and partners
- Analytical, Delivery & Prioritisation Focus
A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills, using metrics to inform decisions, and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations
