We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Development & Marketing team in a permanent, full-time position. This role is integral to our business by ensuring we deliver on our commitment to help people live beautifully in a connected, energy-efficient space!
About the role
The successful candidate will be:
- Effectively communicating and collaborating across teams and departments to support the introduction of new products to market.
- An expert in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) – ensuring our configurations are up to date.
- Managing the Product Road Map projects, aligning to business goals and market trends.
- Creating presentations for launch events, conferences and product meetings.
- Conducting research and analysing data, identifying trends to continuously revise and improve product sales.
- Developing business cases, including competitive pricing strategies and bill of material cost structures.
- Using PowerBI to conduct sales analysis, monitoring product category performance to identify new opportunities and initiatives.
- Providing technical support to ensure efficient processes are in place to drive product success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ideally have at least 5 years brand management, marketing and /or product development experience.
- Have technical and hands-on experience with D365 CRM (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
- Excellent computer and reporting skills.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and be solution oriented.
- Knowledge of the window coverings industry is preferred, or similar a custom-made manufacturing business.
