Streamliners transforms health and social care systems by empowering clinicians and educators with localised content designed to work at the point of care. Our platform supports writers and editors to collaborate to create, share, and maintain content. HealthPathways is our primary product and there are a number of smaller and less mature products that use the platform. 

This newly created position, Product Marketing Manager, ensures that established and emerging Streamliners products and features achieve their growth potential in the health and social care systems that we serve.  

What will you do?

Reporting to the Head of Platform, you’ll collaborate closely with platform Product Owners and the Community Growth Manager, providing a vital link between our Platform and Community Partnership teams. 

You’ll identify and support opportunities that can be pursued with current capability and also define high-level requirements for the changes needed to unlock additional growth. 

Focus areas will be:

  • Product positioning for growth
  • Product promotion
  • Help identify and prioritise high value product integration opportunities 

Who are you?

You’ll be a commercially savvy thinker, who thrives on being an effective and flexible collaborator and influencer. You’ll be adept at building relationships with stakeholders, engaging positively with employees and members at all levels of the organisation and community. 

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Product management and/or marketing experience in health or education sectors. 
  • Experience in digital product development, cross platform integration and promotion. 
  • Experience with driving growth through product – market fit. 
  • A graduate degree or diploma in a related field e.g., Product design, Marketing or Communications.
