That’s exactly what they help their customers do — build better user experiences.The Role To lead and grow our client's product marketing function to support the creation of a“world-class marketing function”, which includes leading and creating theproduct marketing strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy.Key Accountabilities Strategy

● Lead product marketing strategy and execution, including how the value proposition getsdelivered to customers and partners in collaboration with the marketing team.
● Lead the product marketing strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy, whilstcollaborating with other product marketers to evolve, create and deliver on the strategy.
● Build the foundations for a scalable product marketing function within the organization includingprocess, technology and resources in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
● Drive meaningful insights into the business and product strategy based on market trends andinteractions with global teams and customers, and lead the development of metrics to helpmeasure product marketing impact.Customer & market understanding

● Gain deep customer empathy and understanding of the challenges and wins that our usersencounter as they use the platform in collaboration with our Insights team,and develop ideal customer profiles and personas to support our overall marketing strategy.
● Create customer journey maps for customer and buyer profiles so we can effectively measureand maximize efficiency in moving our users through the funnel to ensure we can optimize ourlifecycle marketing strategies.
● Perform competitive research, in collaboration with other product marketing roles and helpposition us to win more customers that support both our self-service and sales-assisted function.
● Collect and analyze data that supports their positioning in the market to buyers.

Sales enablement, playbooks, & content

● Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy for our target customer profiles
● Develop playbooks, plays & offers that support our GTM teams in effectively communicating theirstory and compel buyers to choose them.
● Deliver training and sales tools for our sales and customer success teams to create deeperproduct understanding and help them to be more efficient and effective
● Build sales assets, content & tools to support reps & buyers during the sales process.
● Work with our awesome customers, and the wider marketing time, to create case study contentand customer success stories.
● Help discover our product “champions” with the sales organization and nurture them to helppromote us in the community and be part of our community programsPricing & Packaging

● Work with GTM to define pricing, packaging and tiering as part of the product developmentlifecycle, ensuring customer needs and commercial needs have been taken into consideration
● Support our growth team to explore new monetization opportunities and then work with GTMand the wider marketing organization to bring these to marketSkills & experience

● Possess exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, with marketing, growth, sales, product,and executive leadership
● Deep understanding of SaaS marketing, with at least 5+ years of marketing experience preferablyat a B2B company
● Experience leading marketing teams across a broad range of roles
● Previous experience creating, developing and delivering lifecycle marketing strategies acrossthe entire customer journey
● A strong understanding of marketing metrics to help drive the right outcomes that influencerevenue growth.
