About the role As
Product Support - Data Enrichment, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and development team from discovery through to delivery and ongoing support, helping align technical solutions with customer and business goals. You will support customers, contribute to product and testing activities, and act as the subject matter expert for our products and services.
About you As someone with experience in product environments, you’ll have a background in Application Support or Business Analysis or Testing or Product Specialist (SME). You will be able to understand and analyse requirements with the ability to communicate these to a team of developers. You will also be able to support the development teams while continuing to support the application in production.
The kind of skills and experience you’ll have are:
- Top level IT service desk experience will be considered
Ideally two years of experience in a relevant role
- Product development & Support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior customer engagement skills
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- A true self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement and professional demeanour
