About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Production and Fabrication Supervisor in Rangiora, NZ. This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will oversee and support day-to-day factory floor operations. You will provide hands-on leadership to the production team across assembly, bending, warehouse

and dispatch, helping coordinate workflow and maintain a safe, organised and productive work environment.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include: 

• Production and Fabrication Team Supervision


• Provide support for shop floor employees


• Assist with fabrication work and oversee the assembly of fabrication


• Job Dispatching


• Technical Support


• Stock Management & Factory Support


• Safety, Compliance and housekeeping

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained. 

• Team leadership and the ability to support, guide and motivate a production team


• Welding Certification and Fabricator industry experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Problem solving and decision-making abilities


• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards


• Strong focus on workplace health and safety practices


• Ability to follow and enforce processes and procedures


• Adaptability and the ability to respond to changing production demands


• Accountability and reliability in completing responsibilities


• Professionalism when working with team members and internal departments


• Basic computer literacy and ability to use production systems (e.g. ERP systems, Monday.com)
