Your role
As a Production Assistant at Neocrete, you'll play a crucial role in the daily operations of the production plant. Collaborating with the Production Manager and CEO, you'll engage in tasks such as loading and unloading materials, forklift driving, and equipment maintenance. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of a groundbreaking product. 


Your Day to Day may Include:

• Assisting the Production Manager in operating the facility efficiently.
• Handling materials, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Driving forklifts for various tasks.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborating with the Production Manager and CEO for seamless production processes.

About You
If you have a passion for hands-on work, strong communication skills, and a commitment to health and safety, you're the perfect fit for our team. While entry-level, experience in manual labor jobs, particularly in a production plant, is a plus. A forklift license and the ability to manage stock effectively will contribute to your success in this role.
