Production Manger - Night Shift

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

• Manage the full nightshift operations to ensure productivity volumes and quality are achieved in each shift
• Leading by example, working in the operations as and when required
• Ensuring the team of 35 or more is working to agreed KPI's and processes
• Resource and staff management
• Adhering to company H&S guidelines and fostering a positive H&S culture within the team
• Troubleshooting issues

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has proven experience in a similar role
• Is a seasoned Nightshift worker and happy to work this shift permanently
• Is a natural leader and leads by example
• Mechanical and process driven
• Is empathetic and approachable, able to work with people from many walks of life
• Has sound experience in general manufacturing, working on tight deadlines, manufacturing to short order
• Experience in die-casting, powder coating or mechanised production is advantageous, as well as experience with Lean manufacturing/5S
