Production Operator

Play a hands-on role manufacturing some of New Zealand’s favourite breakfast cereals.

We’re looking for an experienced Production Operator who’s reliable, and confident running and troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a Monday-Friday Day Shift role working 6am-2.30pm with the option of working overtime as and when business needs require.

What you’ll do

• Operate, set up and troubleshoot production machinery


• Monitor line performance, quality and output


• Lift and handle raw materials (up to 20kg)


• Clean and sanitise equipment to food safety standards


• Follow H&S procedures and GMP requirements


• Identify and suggest process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Manufacturing or food production experience


• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills


• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling


• Good understanding of health, safety and quality


• Reliable, team-focused, and proactive


• A “see it, fix it, improve it” mindset
