We are currently on the lookout a driven individual to join the Milk and Beverages Department.Location: Longburn, Palmerston NorthRole: Production OperatorShift: Rotating 4 on 4 off roster 6am to 6:30pm- Wages ranging from $28-$32- Superannuation scheme and up to 9% company contributions- Competitive over time rates- Free yearly health checks- Free medical insurance- Long service leave bonus starting at 1 years' service- Career progression pathwaysThe OpportunityIn the Beverages Department we are responsible for preparing and operating machinery that package and handle various milk products before delivering them to our customers. Within the department we have four different areas that are pivotal in our day-to-day operations, so teamwork and communication are essential. This role is physically demanding involving lifting and standing on your feet for extended periods so please be prepared. At GF, we foster a safety-first mindset amongst all team members this includes regular training, hazard assessments and proactive measures to prevent accidents.
