Production Operator (Afternoon or Night Shift)

The Role

As a Production Operator, you’ll support manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting efficiency and output targets. These are full time (40 hours per week), permanent roles with multiple positions available. Applicants must be available to work either the Afternoon or Night shift.

Available Shifts:
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:30pm, Monday to Friday 

or

Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and troubleshoot production machinery


• Monitor line performance, quality and output


• Lift and handle raw materials (up to 25kg)


• Clean and sanitise equipment to food safety standards


• Maintain strong food safety and H&S standards

About You

You’re a true team player who thrives on the production floor. You care about doing things right, following processes closely, and contributing positively to the team.

You will bring:

• 1+ year experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment


• Experience with extruders or similar machinery (preferred)


• Physical capability to lift to 25kg safely


• Strong attention to detail to follow recipes and SOPs


• Good literacy and numeracy skills
  


• Current forklift license (preferred)
