Production Operator (Fixed-Term)

The Role

We’re hiring multiple Production Operators to support manufacturing operations and help deliver safe, high-quality products while hitting efficiency and output targets. These are full time (40 hours per week), fixed-term roles for 3–6 months, with an immediate start.
Applicants must be available to work either the Morning, Afternoon or Night shift. Please indicate your preferred shift in your application.

Shift Options:

• Morning: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday


• Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:30pm, Monday to Friday


• Night: 10:00pm – 6:30am, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and troubleshoot production machinery


• Monitor line performance, quality and output


• Lift and handle raw materials (up to 25kg)


• Clean and sanitise equipment to food safety standards


• Maintain strong food safety and H&S standards

About You

You’re a true team player who thrives on the production floor. You care about doing things right, following processes closely, and contributing positively to the team.

You will bring:

• 1+ year experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment


• Physical capability to lift to 25kg safely


• Experience with extruders or similar machinery (preferred)


• Strong attention to detail to follow recipes and SOPs


• Good literacy and numeracy skills
  


• Current forklift license (preferred)


• Flexibility to work on Saturdays and overtime when required
