Production Planning Assistant - Hiring Fast

New Zealand Health Manufacturing (NZHM) is a leading manufacturer of Dietary Supplements in New Zealand.  NZHM’s Award-Winning success is due to its commitment to its customers and quality.  Our world-class manufacturing site produces Dietary Supplements for New Zealand and multiple overseas markets. Having recently completed a large expansion of our South Auckland site, we are looking to the future to build on our successes and expand our horizons.

We are on the lookout for a spectacular attention-to-detail individual to fill our permanent, full-time position, Production Planning Assistant who will provide support to our Planning team by defining, implementing, and maintaining appropriate processes for administration support. It involves organising & issuing physical batch documents to production, checking testing requirements for products and raw material availability.

Role Specific Tasks: 

• Maintaining records within the physical batch book
• Issuing packing batch documents
• Issuing bulk batch documents
• Checking testing requirements for products
• Checking raw material availability before the commencing of the manufacturing process
• Liaising regularly with Production, Warehouse, Quality Sales, and Technical and being a key contact within the planning team.
• Operating our NetSuite system as required
