Production Supervisor

Cloudy Bay is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to join our Production Team. In this key role, you’ll oversee our bottling line operations, ensuring Cloudy Bay wines are bottled, labelled and packaged to the highest quality, safely, efficiently, and ready for markets around the world.

As our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of the bottling line, including but not limited to:

• Driving continuous improvement, plant efficiency, and reliability
• Ensuring all products meet agreed safety and quality standards
• Setting up, changing over, and running production lines to meet schedule requirements
• Leading and supporting process improvement initiatives
• Overseeing the quality and safety of all onsite engineering and contractor work
• Identifying and recommending cost‑improvement opportunities
• Supporting staffing needs, including training, onboarding, and coaching
• Actively identifying risks and contributing to a safe working environment

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience working with industrial equipment in a production or manufacturing environment in the beverage division
• Proven experience supervising teams, including hiring and performance development
• Strong customer and quality focus
• A results-driven approach and the ability to inspire trust
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ideally, a qualification in Health & Safety (or willingness to work towards one)
