Production Supervisor (AM Shift) - Leading Industry Pay

Prolife Foods is a global food company based here in the mighty Waikato. We have an exciting portfolio of FMCG brands, market-leading Self Selection products, and a vertically integrated honey production capability. We currently supply products to 18 countries from our world-class operation hubs in New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in a full-time permanent role. Leading our morning shift which operates from 0600 - 1430, Monday to Friday, you will be reporting to the Production Manager and will ensure we are operating efficiently while working within our H&S and Food Quality procedures. Each day you will be responsible for the coordination of 8 employees.

Duties

• Provide effective leadership, coordination, and training to your team of 8 employees
• Operate and be fully conversant with all machines and operations
• Ensure all Food Safety and QA requirements are being adhered to
• Continually identify areas for continuous improvement
• Responsible for running the room and meeting daily targets and KPIs

Skills & experience

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing within the food industry
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Proven people management and leadership experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
