Production Supervisor - Troughs & Roading Division - Positive Work Culture

We currently have a vacancy for a supervisor in our Troughs & Roading division (45 hours per week) to join our team at our busy landscaping manufacturing and supply business in Harewood.  This position is available for an immediate start.  This division produces Smart Water Troughs, sumps, crossing blocks and other larger concrete products.

Main duties include:

• Assisting the Rural & Roading Manager to ensure that production and services are delivered effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Assisting to manufacture various water troughs, covers, sumps and other concrete items.
• Prepare moulds, batch concrete and pour concrete into moulds.
• Assisting to ensure production targets and quality are met.
• Removing concrete products from moulds.
• Loading or unloading of trucks using forklifts.

We are looking for a highly motivated team member with the following skills and attributes:

• Honest and reliable with a “can-do” attitude and flexibility to get jobs done.
• Physically fit as regular lifting is required.
• Full drivers’ licence.
• Ideally have F and W licence endorsements (training can be provided).
• Flexibility with working hours including early starts and occasional weekend work during peak times may be required.
• Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
