Production Team Leader

Direct reports:                           Printers, Print Finishers

Purpose of the Role

The Production Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution of day-to-day production operations at Alpine Print. This role provides leadership and accountability across the production function, while continuing to contribute hands-on to printing, finishing, and dispatching tasks. As part of a growing and collaborative team, the Team Leader will help drive productivity, support continuous improvement, and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Alpine’s values and customer commitments.

Qualifications

·           Tertiary qualification in related field or equivalent work experience.

·           Minimum 3 years’ experience in the printing industry, including hands-on experience with offset and digital printing, as well as print finishing.

·           Forklift licence.

·           First Aid Level 1.

·           Experience using different MIS systems.

·           Comprehensive knowledge of printing processes.

·           Strong maths, computer, and analytical skills.

·           Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·           People management skills.
