Programme Facilitator

The purpose of this role is to: 

• Facilitate our sport, recreation and community programmes with enthusiasm and clear instruction 


• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants  


• Undertake the set-up, presentation and operation of the programmes, and the space where they occur 


• Ensure all customers have a good experience through the provision of a high level of service.  

This role is on a casual basis and there will be a mixture of weekday, weekend and evening shifts available.  Flexibility is essential as this is determined by business demands.  In return, we offer a fun and diverse working environment and a range of awesome staff benefits.  

To be successful you must: 

• Experience in implementing and managing child related activities;  


• Be reliable and confident; 


• Have excellent communication skills and ability to make customers feel welcome; 


• Demonstrate excellent time management skills; 


• Be able to be active for long periods of time and able to move large equipment; 


• Have the ability to retain professional demeanour and make concise judgement calls; 


• Have a full drivers license.
