We're on the hunt for a Programme Manager to join our Wellington team and help shape the future of digital experiences across Aotearoa.
You'll manage complex projects within multi-workstream programmes that create meaningful impact for businesses, government and the people they serve. From digital platforms to customer experience initiatives, this role is about delivering exceptional outcomes within broader programme contexts.
You're someone who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships while ensuring seamless integration with programme objectives. You're comfortable facilitating client workshops and coordinating handoffs between design, technology and strategy teams.
You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team who care deeply about the work and each other, partnering with some of the most future-focused clients in the country.
What you'll do.
Manage complex projects within multi-workstream programme frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Experience Designers, UX Designers and Developers
Manage day-to-day client relationships and stakeholder communication
Ensure seamless integration between project deliverables and programme outcomes
Support programme-level reporting and implement delivery methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement in programme delivery
What we're looking for.
4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Experience in digital transformation, customer experience or technology implementation
Proven track record in complex organisational environments (government, large enterprise or consultancy)
Strong stakeholder management and day-to-day client relationship skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across design, technology and strategy
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with commercial awareness
A positive, collaborative attitude and intrinsic motivation to deliver exceptional work
