The Business and role:

Working with an Enterprise business in their Technology PMO, this role will have you being responsible for a highly complex and diverse project with lots of moving parts. 

You will be responsible for the delivery of a major project within the Customer and Data Portfolio, playing a key leadership role managing multiple Squads (including BA’s and Senior PM's) and international Vendors.  Your experience with growing digital, infrastructure and operational capabilities within an enterprise, and strong people leadership nous through that transition, is what we're looking for.

Accountable for:

• Leading Squads and delivery teams on an agreed portfolio of work
• Health of projects and programmes, using defined project metrics and the reporting thereof
• Multi-methodology project delivery approach

Our Ideal candidate: 

• At least 8 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager / Portfolio Delivery Lead / Programme Manager across a range of industries.
• Knowledge and experience with Digitalisation, Infrastructure and IT Operation projects, as well as Agile practice strong Leadership and people management skills, with a good dose of change management
• Excellent business communication, and commercial understanding essential
• Ability to work with changing priorities and busy stakeholders, ambiguity and transformation.

Desirable:

• MBA or post-graduate qualification in project or programme management
• Agile Qualification
• Programme Management experience, SCRUM and /or PMP Certification required
• Change Management – PROSCI
