About the Role (your why)
Datacom is a trusted delivery partner across New Zealand and Australia, delivering complex technology outcomes for large enterprise and government organisations. We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead high-impact Payroll Implementations spanning business, technology, and change workstreams.
In this role, you’ll lead complex Payroll Implementations from inception through to delivery, ensuring customer outcomes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, value, and performance. You’ll own programme or project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement across senior customer, vendor, and internal delivery groups.
This is a pivotal role at an exciting time for Datacom, offering the opportunity to shape how we deliver Payroll Implementations and broader workforce transformation outcomes for some of New Zealand and Australia’s largest enterprise and government organisations. Your ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and lead confidently across diverse stakeholder groups will be highly valued.
