We have a great opportunity for a capable and organised Project Coordinator – Engineering to support the delivery of vessel and engineering projects across the business.
This role is a key support position for our Marine Engineering functions, helping to keep project activity on track through effective coordination, administration, purchasing support, documentation, cost tracking and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About the role
Reporting to the Commercial and Finance Manager – Operations, you will support the planning, coordination and administration of capital engineering projects for our vessels. You will work closely with project managers, the marine engineering team, vessel teams, purchasing, finance, contractors and service providers to ensure project information, parts, documentation and costs are managed accurately and efficiently.

You will be a practical, organised and detail-focused person who enjoys keeping things moving and supporting others to deliver results. You’ll be confident working across multiple priorities, communicating with a range of people, and following through to make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience supporting project managers, working in a marine or engineering environment, or using Microsoft Project would be advantageous, but is not essential.
