Project Coordinator

New Zealand’s premier refit and repair specialist is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in Port Whangarei.

Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's business operations. Working closely with project teams, you will oversee project administration functions from conception to completion. This includes managing documentation, budgets, timelines, resourcing, stakeholder communication, health & safety, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project documentation and communications.
• Assist with project timesheets and meeting coordination.
• Drive tasks involved in project setup and closeout.
• Ensure project compliance with health & safety standards.
• Undertake any other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven administration skills with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project (preferred).
• Initiative, self-motivation, and self-management.
