We’re seeking an experience Project Manager to join us at Fulton Hogan based in the Auckland Region (East Tamaki Site).

You'll work as an integral part of the project delivery ensuring safety, cost, quality and time targets are met, managing client, subcontractor and reporting to the Project Manager on performance of your scope of works.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Lead the project teams in the successful execution and delivery of the construction projects

  • Accountable for the day to day running of the project site and progress of works

  • Documentation required for project records and administration is completed accurately and within required time frames

  • Prepare correspondence/programming and cost estimates

  • Schedule works, procure contractor services and provide technical expertise as needed

  • Take responsibility for forward planning, organising, ordering materials and subcontractors.

  • Familiarity with local industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Passion and commitment to safety in the workplace.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Thrive and develop alongside our great teams in a high pace environment facing many logistically and technical challenges

At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3 years as a Project Engineer or equivalent level (Tier 1/2 environment)

  • A Civil Engineering Degree equivalent to (NZQF Level 7)

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale roading projects in the Civil/Construction sector
