Project Geotechnical Engineer/ Engineering Geologist

Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.

Our Auckland office is looking to hire a Project Geotechnical Engineer with 3-6 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically our team is looking for an engineer who can provide project management, analysis, design and technical advice for our clients across the residential, industrial and energy space. Our team of 40 includes two Principal Geotechnical Engineers, and you'll have the ability to work with them closely on a regular basis.

Our team is well-established in the Auckland region and closely connected with our other offices.

What You'll Need

• A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
• 3-6 years experience in a geotechnical consultancy
• New Zealand experience is required
• Ability to travel when required
• A full New Zealand drivers license
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
